There are various tax and statutory compliance due dates relating to ROC filing, GST return filings and Income tax filing falls in the month of May 2021. However, in the month of May, apart from Tax and Statutory compliance, one has to keep an eye on LLP Annual Compliance as well, as the due date for filing Annual Statement in LLP form 11 falls in the month of May only. The due date for LLP form 11 for the financial year 2020-21 shall be 30th May 2021.
