56 company forms will be released by MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) on 9th and 23rd January, 2023
Introduction
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is releasing a second set of company forms, totaling 56 forms in two lots, on the MCA21 V3 portal. 10 of the 56 forms will be available on January 9, 2023 at 12:00 AM, with the remaining 46 forms available on January 23, 2023. So here is the blog that includes list of 56 company’s form that will be released by MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) on 9th and 23rd January, 2023.
Important points to keep in mind
Stakeholders should keep the following points in mind to help with the implementation of the forms in the V3 MCA21 portal:
- Company e-Filings on the V2 portal will be disabled from January 7th, 2023 12:00 AM to January 8th, 2023 11:59 PM for 10 forms that are scheduled to be released on January 9th, 2023.
- Company e-Filings on the V2 portal will be disabled from January 7th, 2023 12:00 AM to January 22nd, 2023 11:59 PM for 46 forms that are scheduled to be released on January 23rd, 2023.
According to the MCA, all stakeholders should ensure that there are no SRN (Service Request Number) in the pending payment or resubmission status. Offline payments for the above 56 forms in V2 using the Pay later option will be discontinued on December 28, 2022 at 12:00 AM. You are required to pay for these forms in V2 via online mode.
