Different Types of CKYC Number

Simplified Measure Account

Hi,
I received through the mail that I have been registered with Central KYC Registry. My number is 60035709137844. I opened an account in Canara Bank Kottayam Br in December 2022. I am residing in UK. My address details and mobile number are updated correctly in the records of Canara Bank. But when I am checking your details which send through the mail and it is completely a mess. My address and mobile number are wrongly inputted. Because of that, I could not open my Canara bank app to make the payments.
