CBDT extends due date for issuance of TDS certificate for Q3 of FY 2025-26 to March 31st, 2026

The Board has received representations regarding a delay in issuing TDS certificates for the quarter ending 31st December 2025 due to technical glitches on the e-filing portal. In view of the genuine hardship faced by the deductors, the Board, in exercise of its powers under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, has extended the due date for issuing TDS certificates for the quarter ending 31st December 2025 to 31st March 2026.
