DSC associate and processing fees are included in our package but government fees will be payable by client at actuals on portal directly. Our DSC associate will guide you with the process wherever needed.

Before initiating the payment, please confirm the residential status of proposed Directors as this package is curated for 2 Indian Resident Directors only.

In the case of Company Name approval application under RUN services, two names can be proposed and applied at a time. The names applied for will either be approved or sent for resubmission once without any additional cost.

ESIC Registration, PF Registration and bank account opening is a feature provided by the MCA in SPICe + Form. Please share your preferred choice of the bank in the checklist that we sent post confirmation of service, we shall select the same in the form and the concerned bank shall contact you for further processing post company incorporation. You will directly receive the emails with respect to the registration from the concerned authority.

Once payment is confirmed, our Digital Onboarding Specialist will connect with you to initiate the onboarding process. Digital onboarding with EbizFiling is the process by which we obtain your consent to proceed with the necessary tasks.

For self-attested documents, please scan your original documents on a blank sheet and sign them with the words “Self-attested.”

The entire process takes 20–25 working days, subject to MCA approval timelines.

If the address is rented, please submit:

A notarized copy of the rental agreement.

A notarized copy of address proof.

Whether the premises are owned or rented, a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required (a draft will be shared) along with the notarized copy of address proof.

Please be aware that as per updated government regulations, rented addresses should not include virtual office spaces.

The fees mentioned are exclusive of penalties and taxes, if applicable.

If you already have other MCA-registered entities, please share their details. Annual compliance quotations will be provided separately.

CS certification on Form MGT-7, if applicable, is not included in this package.

Additional fees apply if authorized capital, accounting entries, or turnover exceed the limits mentioned in the package. Accounting transactions include entries related to bank account, TDS, GST, cash transactions, and purchase and sales invoices.

Please confirm if you already have a DIN. If allotted, it must be approved and informed to your Compliance Manager before initiating the payment.

DIR-3 KYC(if part of the package) must be filed for the previous year to proceed with the current year’s filing. Failure to do so will attract a ₹5,000/- penalty per director for DIN reactivation(not included in this package). Note: No annual or statutory filings can be done unless the DIN is active.

If you choose to avail only specific services from the package, kindly note that Ebizfiling will not be responsible for any missed due dates or penalties related to services not opted for. We request you to connect with us well in advance of the due date to ensure timely processing and smooth compliance.

Zoho Books subscription will be charged extra at actuals and is not included in the package. Accounting can also be managed in Tally upon request, if part of the package.
- For Form INC-20A, the last date of filing without penalty is within 180 days from the Company Incorporation Date as per the Certificate of Incorporation. Additional fees in case of late filing are listed below.

- Bank Statement of the Company whose 20 A needs to be done having the deposit of payment by subscribers for value of shares subscribed (MANDATORY)
- Certificate of Incorporation/Company Name/CIN
- MOA of the Company
- DSC of Director
- Certificate of Registration issued by such regulators is needed If the affairs of the company is regulated by any sectorial regulators
- Email Id and Mobile No. for the OTP Purpose.
- Photograph of Registered Office Showing External Building & inside office also showing therein at One Director / KMP:- Required in this Sequence.
