Whether the premises are owned or rented, a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required (a draft will be shared) along with the notarized copy of address proof.

Please be aware that as per updated government regulations, rented addresses should not include virtual office spaces.

Zoho Books subscription will be charged extra at actuals and is not included in the package. Accounting can also be managed in Tally upon request, if part of the package.
Information and Documents required-
- Self attested PAN Card and Aadhar Card of all partners
- Self attested ID Proof of all partners (Driving License/Passport/Voter ID)
- Photos of all Partners
- PAN Card of the entity, if any
- Proof of Constitution of Business (Any one – MSME Registration/Shop establishment Certificate/Partnership deed/Certificate of Incorporation)
- Notarized Proof of Principle place of business (Anyone – MOA and AOA/Electricity Bill/Rent or Lease agreement/Latest Bank Statement)
- Latest Bank Statement
- Letter of Authority/Board Resolution (Format will be provided by us)
- Notarized NOC (We will share the draft)
- Notarized Electricity Bill of the Registered Office (not older than 2 months)
