Starting a sole proprietorship in India is one of the simplest ways to begin your business journey. At Ebizfiling, we make the proprietorship incorporation process in India easy, transparent, and completely digital. Here’s everything you should know before beginning your journey with us.

 Document & Process Guidelines 

  • Once payment is confirmed, our Digital Onboarding Specialist will connect with you to guide you through the digital onboarding steps. The digital onboarding process allows us to obtain your consent to proceed with the necessary filings and formalities.
  • For all self-attested documents, please scan the originals on a blank sheet, add your signature, and mention “Self-attested.”
  • The entire process will take approximately 5–7 working days.
  • Zoho Books subscription will be charged extra at actuals and is not included in the package. Accounting can also be managed in Tally upon request, if part of the package.
  • If the address is rented, please submit:
    • A notarized copy of the rental agreement.
    • A notarized copy of address proof.
  • Whether the premises are owned or rented, a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required (a draft will be shared) along with the notarized copy of address proof.
  • As per current government guidelines, virtual office addresses are not permitted for rented premises.

Information and Documents required-

  • Photos of Proprietor
  • PAN Card of Proprietor
  • Aadhar Card of the Proprietor
  • PAN Card of the entity, if any.
  • Proof of Constitution of Business (Any one – Shop establishment Certificate/Partnership deed/Certificate of Incorporation)
  • Latest Bank Statement
  • Letter of Authority/Board Resolution (Format will be provided by us)
  • Notarized Rent agreement
  • Notarized NOC (We will share the draft)
  • Notarized Electricity Bill of the Registered Office (not older than 2 months)
