The Impact of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC Code) Act on Corporate Restructuring in India The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) Act, enacted in 2016, marks a landmark reform in India's corporate landscape. Operational Creditor Concerns: The lower priority accorded to operational creditors has led to dissatisfaction among certain stakeholders, calling for a more balanced approach.
