MCA Waives Additional Fees for 13 e-Forms During V2 to V3 Portal Transition – Key Dates & Action Plan Introduction The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has recently announced a major relief for companies and LLPs by waiving additional fees for 13 e-forms. This comes as part of its ongoing transition from the V2 portal to the more advanced V3 platform. Summary MCA is shifting from V2 to the new V3 portal to simplify e-filing.
