• Visit the official Food Safety Compliance System (FoSCoS) portal at foscos.fssai.gov.in.

• Log in using your user ID and password. For new users, register first to create an account.

 Step 2: Access the License Modification Section   

• On the dashboard, locate your existing FSSAI license or registration certificate.

• Select the “Modification” option corresponding to the license that needs changes.

 Step 3: Choose the Type of Modification   

• Form C Modification: For changes to primary details such as business name, address, or license type.

• Non-Form C Modification: For updates to supporting documents or additional details like technical personnel or safety certificates.

 Step 4: Update Business Information   

1. For changes in products:

• Navigate to the product section.
• Instead of manually entering product details (as in the old FLRS system), select the appropriate standardized product(s) from the checklist.

2. For changes in business structure, address, or contact information:

• Enter the updated details in the designated fields.

 Step 5: Upload Required Documents   

Attach relevant documents to support your modification request. Common documents include:

• Updated Food Safety Management System (FSMS) certificates.
• Employee medical fitness certificates.
