Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to meet hiring timelines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both in-house and client hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interview rounds, and support final selection decisions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS, and tracking systems.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Handle onboarding formalities, including document collection, verification, and HR documentation.
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate verification records.
