Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified, semi-qualified, or CS drop-out candidates with strong hands-on experience in secretarial compliances.
  • Practical exposure to the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI regulations, GST, and other relevant laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Candidates with relevant practical experience will be preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incorporation and all compliance-related filings, including event-based and annual compliances under applicable laws.
  • Process applications for registrations such as Trademark, IEC, MSME, GST, and other statutory registrations.
  • Manage GST filings and annual return compliances accurately and within prescribed timelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with compliance schedules.
  • Stay updated with the latest legal and regulatory developments and amendments.
  • Provide client support, resolve queries, and offer advisory services as required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular updates on work progress.
