Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferable (MBA, M.Com, or any other).
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B client engagement, account management, or business development.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Capable of managing objections, multitasking efficiently, and confidently closing sales.
- Knowledge and experience of CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
- Highly driven, goal-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Client and relationship management: long-term client relationship building and customer retention strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to defined sales processes (SOPs).
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions through our services.
