Skills & Qualifications

- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both in-house and client hiring requirements.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interview rounds, and support final selection decisions.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS, and tracking systems.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Handle onboarding formalities, including document collection, verification, and HR documentation.
- Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate verification records.
