Candidate Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel management, or ecosystem growth roles
  • Experience in Fintech, LegalTech, EdTech, SaaS, or startup ecosystem is preferred
  • Strong experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and partner acquisition
  • Proven ability to independently identify, pitch, and onboard strategic partners
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with founders, CXOs, bankers, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to think analytically and evaluate which partnerships are actually valuable and scalable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, and high-ownership environment

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of potential partners such as banks, startups, platforms, and professional networks.
  • Identify and connect with high-value ecosystem partners such as banks, NBFCs, co-working spaces, startup incubators, VC firms, and SaaS platforms (like accounting, HRMS, and CRM tools).
  • Reach out to potential partners through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.) and start meaningful conversations to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Build trust and clearly communicate how our services can add value to their customers and ecosystem.
  • Handle the full partnership cycle from first outreach, discussions, negotiation, onboarding, to long-term relationship management.
  • Structure partnership models such as referral arrangements, revenue sharing, white-label partnerships, or preferred partner programs.
  • Work closely with partners to provide necessary support like marketing materials, landing pages, brochures, or webinar support to help them refer clients easily.
  • Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of partners using CRM tools, ensuring proper tracking of every stage.
  • Monitor performance of each partnership, track lead quality and conversions, and focus more on high-performing partners while improving or closing inactive ones.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership goals and improve overall growth strategy.
