Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualified, semi-qualified, or CS drop-out candidates with strong hands-on experience in secretarial compliances.
- Practical exposure to the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI regulations, GST, and other relevant laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience will be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incorporation and all compliance-related filings, including event-based and annual compliances under applicable laws.
- Process applications for registrations such as Trademark, IEC, MSME, GST, and other statutory registrations.
- Manage GST filings and annual return compliances accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with compliance schedules.
- Stay updated with the latest legal and regulatory developments and amendments.
- Provide client support, resolve queries, and offer advisory services as required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular updates on work progress.
