Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferable (MBA, M.Com, or any other).
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B client engagement, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of managing objections, multitasking efficiently, and confidently closing sales.
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
  • Highly driven, goal-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Client and relationship management: long-term client relationship building and customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
