The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises issued a notification on 21 March 2025 to amend the threshold for classifying an enterprise under the MSME Development Act, 2006 as Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise. The circular is effective from 1st April 2025.

Log in to your account with your credentials.
Validate your credentials with OTP.
In Udyam Registration details section, click on “Edit details”.
Modify or update the details that you want to, such as Business Name, Business Address, Employee count, etc.
Once you complete the changes, click on “Update Details” to save them.
Click on “Print Details” to view and download the Updated MSME Certificate.
