  3. Central FSSAI License: This license is applicable to large food businesses with an annual turnover of more than Rs. 20 crores. This license is valid for a maximum of five years.

Documents Required for FSSAI License

Following are the documents required for FSSAI License-:

  • Application Form: The application form for the food license can be downloaded from the FSSAI website.
  • Identity Proof: A copy of the PAN card, Aadhaar card, or voter ID card of the food truck owner or proprietor.
  • Address Proof: A copy of the electricity bill, water bill, or property tax receipt of the place where the food truck is located.
  • Food Safety Management Plan: A written plan detailing the food safety procedures followed by the food truck.
  • Food Truck Registration: A registration certificate from the local municipal corporation or panchayat.
  • NOC from Fire Department: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the fire department stating that the food truck meets the necessary fire safety standards.
  • Vehicle Registration Certificate: A copy of the registration certificate of the food truck.

Application Process for FSSAI License

The application process for a FSSAI license for a food truck is as follows:

  1. Fill the Application Form: Fill the FSSAI license application form with all the necessary details and attach the required documents.
