4. Prosecution of Patent Application: Patent attorneys are responsible for prosecuting the application of a Patent. They respond to any objections or queries raised by the Indian Patent Office and ensure that the Patent Application is approved.

 

5. Enforcement of Patents: One of the common roles of patent attorney is enforcing patents. They help inventors and businesses protect their patents by taking legal action against infringes. They also advise on the licensing of patents and the transfer of patent rights.
