ROC Filing Due Dates for the Year 2022-23

ROC Filing Due Dates for the Year 2022-23

Registrar of Companies(ROC) requires all the businesses registered in India to file certain forms every year. Irrespective of their structure, businesses in India are required to adhere to these compliances. Hence, be it Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership etc. shall have to keep a track of all the ROC Filing Due Dates every year. It is important for all the Companies and LLPs registered in India to comply with the ROC Annual Filing Compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 respectively. There are both annual and event-based compliances that require ROC filing accordingly.

Important Update on Due Date Extension for LLP Form 11 and other LLP Compliance Forms

  • The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has received many representations demanding an extension in the due date for LLP Annual Return Filing in Form 11 without any additional fees. By taking in to consideration the representations and keeping in view the transition from version-2 of MCA-21 to Version 3 of MCA-21, the MCA has decided to extend the due date for filing E-Form LLP 11 i.e. Annual Return of Limited Liability Partnership for the Financial Year 2021-22 without paying any additional fees from 30th May, 2022 to 30th June, 2022.

  • Moreover, MCA has also given a relaxation on the due dates for various event based LLP E-Forms such as LLP Form 3 etc., for which due dates were falling in between 25th February to 31st May 2022.

  • The new extended due date for event based LLP E-Forms shall be 30th June 2022.

  • The Step has been taken to promote the Annual Compliance on part of Limited Liability Partnerships.
