All the business structures registered in India i.e. Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, One Person Company, Limited Liability Partnership etc need to file certain forms every year with the Registrar of Companies. All the Companies and LLPs registered in India are required to comply with ROC Annual Filing under the Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 respectively. The ROC filing shall be done annually or at the time of occurrence of certain events. In this article we have discussed the ROC Compliance calendar (ROC Annual filing Due dates) falling in the year 2021-22.
Keeping in view of various requests received from various stakeholders, the MCA has granted the relaxation on levy of additional fees for Annual Financial Statement filings required to be done in the Financial Year 2021- 22. The ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the due date for filing of e-forms AOC 4, AOC 4(CFS), AOC 4 XBRL, AOC 4 Non-XBRL for the Financial Year 2021-22 till 15.02.2022, and for filing e forms MGT 7/MGT 7A is 28.02.2022. |
It is important for the companies and LLPs to file all the important ROC filing forms within the specified due dates. The companies and LLPs which fail to comply with the ROC filings may have to pay a heavy penalty. Thus, it is important for the companies and LLPs should keep in mind the due dates for ROC compliances (ROC Annual Filing) to be followed annually and on the occurrence of any events.
