One Person Company is a company that has only one person as its member. Being just one member company, the OPC has lesser compliance requirement compared to Private Limited Company or Limited Liability Partnership. Keeping in view of various requests received from various stakeholders, the MCA has granted the relaxation on levy of additional fees for Annual Financial Statement filings required to be done for the Financial Year 2020-21. The ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the due date for filing of e-forms AOC 4, AOC 4(CFS), AOC 4 XBRL, AOC 4 Non-XBRL is extended till 15.02.2022 and MGT 7/MGT 7A for the Financial Year 2020-21 from 31.12.2021 to 28.02.2022. |
