Recently the MCA has extended the due date for the conclusion of the CFSS scheme, 2020 from 30th September, 2020 to 31st December 2020 that means you can file your pending DPT 3 form without any late filing fees or penalties till 31st December, 2020. In order to safeguard the interest of deposit holders and creditors of the company the Central Government in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has published the companies amendment rules. Herein, MCA has made it necessary for all companies registered in India to file the Form DPT-3 on or before 22nd April 2019 (Now, 30th June 2019). Form DPT-3 is used for filing return of deposit or particulars of any transaction, not considered as deposit or both. The due date for one time form DPT 3 filing is 29th June 2019, while that of the annual return DPT 3 is 30th June 2019.
