No, there is no need to renew your NGO Darpan Registration; it just needs to be done once and will remain registered till the existence of an organization.
To change your email address in your profile, go to the portal and log in using your User ID and Password from the Login box under the table titled VO/NGO Signing In for Signed Up users.
After you have logged in, go to the right side of the page and select Edit Profile.
Remove the old email address from Contact Details and replace it with your new email address.
Any NGO/VO that is registered as a Society/Trust/Private Limited nonprofit business under section 25 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, is eligible to register on the NGO Darpan Portal.
