3. Filing Conditions

Form 3: Must be filed within 30 days of LLP registration or agreement change. Form 4: Must be filed within 30 days of any partner change.

4. Under Companies Act

Form 3: Required under Section 23(2) of the LLP Act, 2008. Form 4: Required under Section 25(2) of the LLP Act, 2008.

5. Applications

Form 3: To register or update the LLP agreement with MCA. Form 4: To update MCA about changes in LLP partners or designated partners.

Form 3: Filed by existing designated partners. Form 4: Filed by LLP with consent from new/retiring partners.
